Return & Refund Policy

Merchandise Return (Return & Refund Policy) – U.S.A. Customers Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

Merchandise received damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or replacement.Please open return request on our website for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Any item returned to CKW Store must have a RMA number.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

  1. Wrap item in proctective packaging.
  2. Place item & packaging in manufacturer box/bag.
  3. Place manufacturer box/bag inside an appropriate shipping box.
  4. Include a copy of return paperwork and drop it off at the nearest USPS or UPS location depending on what courier service shipping label you have .

WARRANTY RETURNS

Please email us at [email protected] for information regarding the return of broken or defective items covered under factory warranty. We will be happy to assist you in these matters, however, some manufacturers require the consumer to send damaged items directly to them.

RESTOCKING FEE ( Non Defective Items )

Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the return shipping cost. This policy pertains only to merchandise returned to us in its original condition and within 30 days of the invoice date. Items received after 30 days will be rated at our discretion.

Customers must return the item within 30 days from the day item was delivered else there will be 15% restocking fees will be charged .

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

  • All returns must be brand-new and in unused condition.
  • Please pack the item in the same manner we shipped it to you.
  • Products should be protected by manufacturer supplied packaging.
  • Use an appropriate shipping container. If you received the product in a cardboard shipping container, it must be returned to us that way. Returns that have been inappropriately shipped will be rejected.
